Do you allow pets?
If you’re searching for the best pet-friendly apartment in Boulder, you’re in luck! Many of our units allow both dogs and cats. We welcome up to two pets per apartment, with a $250 non-refundable pet fee and $60 per month in pet rent. Your pets will love it here!
Do the amenities cost money to use?

Is Buffalo Canyon close to transportation?
Our community is in a prime location to utilize the city’s public transport options as well as the Buff Bus, which will take you directly to the CU Boulder Campus. The student housing at Buffalo Canyon is ideal for those who want to live off-campus but have the option for an easy 10-minute walk to class.
Can I lease an apartment in Boulder from out of town?
The entire leasing process can be done online! You can apply by clicking the “Apply” or “Apply Now” buttons at the top or bottom of this page. We can even email you your lease to sign electronically! Where do packages get delivered?
Packages are delivered directly to your unit’s front door.
What if something breaks or stops working?
As a resident at Buffalo Canyon, you will have onsite maintenance. You can put in a work order on your online resident portal or you can call the leasing office at 833-884-7669 to put in a work order with our leasing agents. We will take care of your issues as fast as possible.
What if I have a maintenance emergency after the office closes?
We have a 24-hour maintenance emergency number you can call at any time, 800-451-4169.
